The Software

SmartBorder® is a web-based software application that provides automated, high volume preparation, delivery, and receipt of mission-critical documents required for entry summary, cargo release, border cargo selectivity, and liquidation. The application was developed in response to a growing demand for a more efficient and accurate way of handling the importing process. SmartBorder® enables us to originate, submit, and monitor every facet of the U.S. import process, and work collaboratively with customers, carriers, consignees, and other logistics partners located anywhere in the world – just by logging on to the Internet. The application is easy-to-use – all you need is an Internet connection and Microsoft browser.
